Intro

You do not have to depend on hiring a social media agency, or some superstar influencer. While these are both great resources; you need to have:

  1. Clear Logic on the strategy to grow your sales.
  2. Problem-solving ability.

Yes, this is pragmatic, namely, basic. But it is mastery of the basics that advance us through the rounds and not only countering, but having the footwork to champion us to victory. However, unlike boxing, the only opponents are two other things:

  1. Self-doubt
  2. Copycat tendencies.

Self-Doubt

Self-doubt is why you have:

Hired cold-callers who care nothing about your product, only about getting paid to buy their next jordans or gucci bag or pay for their house, which are fun things to do except none of this involves caring about YOUR brand, at all.

Hiring social media influencers whom are one scandal away from completely ruining your brand. Especially if their a tik-tok star. Lord help you.

Running annoying ads on youtube that disrupts people listening to study music or learning new skills.

Self-doubt is normal. We all have it. But by illuminating self-doubt, this causes most Leaders to do what everyone else does, and therefore, you will have 19 times the competition within that ocean, leading to the second opponent in this ring of attention:

Copycat tendencies

Can you successfully move forward by constantly checking the rearview to see who is in back of you? When changing lanes, or strategy, it is vital to put forth some fair judgement on distance and proximity. This is done to minimize collision, that is, risk. So, while changing strategies, you copy. Copy what those in front or behind you does, rather than staying within your lane and being the best at what it is YOU are known for.

Base your strategies on conversions, not clicks.

Amplify the things that are getting people to purchase, ignore the rest.

For your market, are your Dashboards the easiest to use for Users, in helping them reach their daily business goals?

What are those daily business goals?

Do users love your saved searches features?

Is it your product pages, the crisp pictures, helpful self-checkout and guided product tours and yes, branded media videos?

Find out what that thing is, which your users and customers love about your brand, software or service, and do more of it.

Research then Test.

User test anything and everything.
Use hotjar or user zoom to test various version of your homepage, customer journeys, workflows and so forth.

  1. A/B test your designs with 5 or more users who are not friends or family.

  2. Go with the winning iterations, ignore the rest.

Do this and you will net attention on Social Media

Start with these 2 tangibles and you will win customer trust and attention, netting more loyalty and engagement on social media channels, worldwide.

PS: I know it will be more comfortable to NOT do this and just keep placing ads on indeed, spamming on Linkedin, Instagram, Tiktok. Listen, if your post has 2 or 3 comments on the gram, nobody likes what you are doing. You can keep fishing in the red ocean, even if your boat is modern and beautiful, the fish are NOT there.
